Chef George Snyder former Executive Chef with McCormick & Schmicks’ Fresh Seafood Restaurant is now with the Morrissey Hospitality Group. Pazzaluna Urban Italian Restaurant & Bar is the lucky recipient of Chef George’s talents and skills. Chef George has been a long time supporter and community chef for Perspectives’ at-risk youth in the Kids Connection program. George regularly works with our young people to teach them the love of cooking, healthy eating habits and how to prepare nutritious meals. Our kids have a strong positive connection to George as he has been a wonderful role model to our students in our Kids Cafe. He makes cooking look easy and fun.
