Give & Receive support

Eat a well balanced diet

Pay attention to the energy of those around you

Buy your self a gift

Surround yourself with people that uplift you.

Ask for hugs

Get down on the floor and color

Give a compliment to someone today

Have you bought yourself  flowers?  Perhaps it is time.  Or go pick some wild flowers.
